such a significant with your moods.

i had been in such a rut the last month or so but the last week & a half i've been feeling better than ever, just from running and not eating like a fat fuck.

you can eat almost anything you want as long as you calorie count

the only thing i'd say stay away from would be foods containing lots of high fructose corn syrup and other processed sugars

i don't like this little piece of advice, have you watched FedUp?

and i have been counting calories but it's not something i'm obsessing over. i had gotten to a point when i first lost all the weight where i wouldn't allow myself to eat over 1000 calories a day.

1000 calories is borderline starvation mode why

yeah because i was retarded and got obsessive.

i just want to feel good about what i'm eating. i started keeping a food/activity journal and that's helpful.

Eat whatever you want, just count calories sounds great until you realize that one piece of pizza is all you can afford to eat and you're still hungry af

yeah that's what i'm saying.

i'm trying to keep it around 1600 calories but i'm not strict with it.

like if i want a piece of pizza i'm going to have it but i just have to make sure the piece of pizza isn't the size of my ass (pretty wide)

you can google how many calories are in shit but that's all based on serving sizes and how often do you go out to get pizza or something else shitty and it's actually in a moderate proportion.

I know!!! I've been feeling much better too. I've lost 10 lbs in 3 days which isn't the healthiest thing, but I've felt like running and don't have much of an appetite.

oh wow! that's awesome. how long do you usually go running for? i tried running this morning and it was tough so i just ended up walking most of it, i'm going to give it another go tonight.

i downloaded this 10k training app but it seems SO slow so i usually end up turning it off.

i'm trying to stay away from sweets because those are my weakness. donuts :l

i'm also trying to not put let what the scale says determine my mood. i've lost 5lbs since Tuesday but i know that won't keep up so i'm just trying to focus on how i *~*feel*~* rather than what that number is.

Statistically 90% of women posting here are going to be fat (or fat again) as they get around 30. Start hitting the gym hard and heavy early on
