Over a month has been played. In my view its starting to look like the Big 12 is about to get shut out of the playoffs again.
Top 4 are, and in no particular order.

Bama
Clemson
Washington
Ohio St

Michigan is a close 5th and until they can prove they can beat Ohio St, they will stay there.

The big 12 has 2 teams that are unbeaten. Baylor and West Virginia. I expect both of them to lose at least once. Even if Baylor or WVU goes unbeaten, they wouldnt jump into the top 4 unless one of the teams mentioned above loses. Thats how I see it. What do the rest of you think?

Washington has been a huge shock. I thought Stanford was the class of the Pac 12. Mccaffery hasnt played well at all. Washington is destroying everyone in their path.

With Championship approaching we are headed for mayhem in terms of the playoff.
My Top 4 is

1. Bama
2. Ohio St
3. Clemson
4. Penn St

5. Washington

Washington gets left out. Now next week, everyone plays except Ohio St. All those teams can win their conference, except Ohio St. But anyone with 2 eyes can see that they are one of the top 4 teams in the country. And if you put them in and leave Penn St out, then what good is head to head? What good is the conference title? I just think you have to put both of them in. If Clemson or Washington lose, then its easy. If Washington AND Clemson lose, then we are going to have mayhem. And if Washington, Clemson, AND Penn St lose, then the world might be coming to an end. lol.

Anyways, those are my thoughts. Feel free to weigh in.

Can Bama get left out if they lose teh SEC title game?

Also, who gets left out if everyone wins out?
Bama is in if they win
Clemson is in if they win
Washington is in if they win
If Penn state wins, how can you leave them out AND put Ohio State in? Hell if Wisconsin wins, is the committee really going to leave them out as Big 10 champ and put in Ohio State?

Bama is in regardless. They wont lose to Florida. Take that to the bank. It will be a blowout. The kind to make Tim Tebow cry.

Now if they all win, I think you have to put Ohio St in over Washington. Stack their resumes against each other and I think Ohio St is better. Now Colorado can make things easier for all of us and just beat Washington. Of all the games, that is the most likely to cause an upset.
If Wisconsin wins, I dont think they go ahead of Ohio St bc Ohio st beat them head to head and they have a better record.
Again, just my thoughts. But its fun to see what other think.

I was once labelled an Ohio St hater. I call it like I see it. Im very fair in my assessment. I dont have a horse in the race.

I hope we get enough chaos to where they decide on a 6 team playoff (with 1 and 2 seeds getting a bye) , which inevitably will lead to an 8 team playoff.
At 8 teams, no one will have room to legitimately bitch about not getting in, like they currently can with the 4 team playoff.

I dont think the top 4 will change. Penn St is about to be screwed big time. They win the big 10, and beat Ohio St.

either Penn St or Washington will be on the outside looking in, and we will have anarchy.
